Our partner – a Bulgarian law firm with many years of experience and continuous development of its legal practice – is looking to hire:
Office Coordinator
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining active communication with partners;
- Planning and coordinating daily office processes and organizing business meetings;
- Managing office supplies and coordinating with suppliers;
- Preparing and processing primary documentation.

Requirements:
- Completed higher education;
- Good level of English – B1;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative position;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and responsibility in task execution.
