Attorney Desislava Nikolova graduated with honors from Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski” in 2008 with a Master’s degree in Law, receiving a distinction and certificate for being top of her class.

In 2009, she obtained legal capacity from the Ministry of Justice and successfully passed the bar exam. She has been a member of the Plovdiv Bar Association since 2010.

From 2010 to 2015, she worked as an associate attorney in various law firms, specializing in civil and commercial law.

In 2016, she joined the team at Consult Legal Law Partnership, becoming a partner in 2020.

In recent years, Attorney Nikolova’s practice has focused primarily on providing legal advice, representation, and support to IT companies. She has extensive experience in contract and corporate law, including equity and quasi-equity financing. She has also provided legal assistance and representation in labor, family, inheritance, civil, enforcement, property, and commercial law matters.
