Viktor Dimitrovlawyer

Attorney Viktor Dimitrov graduated from Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski” in 2007 with a Master’s degree in Law.

In 2009, he obtained legal capacity from the Ministry of Justice and successfully passed the bar exam. He has been a member of the Plovdiv Bar Association since 2010.

In 2010, he joined the law firm “Dimitrov & Ivanova,” and he is currently a partner at Consult Legal Law Partnership.

Attorney Dimitrov’s practice areas include startup law, IT law, investments, commercial, contract, and copyright law, Bulgarian and international trademarks, EU trademarks, and patents.

He assists Bulgarian and international IT companies with legal advice and support in drafting IT agreements, participation in equity financing rounds, vesting, and other related matters.

He also works with non-profit legal entities, including associations and foundations.
