Ralitsa Todorova lawyer
Attorney Ralitsa Todorova has been practicing law since 2000 and has been a member of the Plovdiv Bar Association since 2010.
From 2000 until the end of 2009, she served as Chief Legal Counsel at the Municipality of Plovdiv – initially for eight years in the “Municipal Property” Directorate and two years in the “Legal and Regulatory Services” Directorate. During this time, she gained extensive experience in matters related to municipal property, establishing building rights, selling municipal property, drafting municipal property acts, municipal commercial companies and enterprises, municipal liability for damages, co-ownership terminations with the municipality, property analysis, and other related legal issues.
As a Member of Parliament in the 47th National Assembly, she participated in drafting and passing laws and resolutions, and served on the Standing Committee on Healthcare and the Standing Committee on Regional Policy, Urban Development, and Local Self-Government.
Attorney Todorova has significant experience in drafting legislative and administrative acts, property and obligation law, administrative law, commercial and labor law, land use and planning, company formation and corporate changes, and the protection of shareholders’ and partners’ interests. She also has extensive experience in administrative services and legal issues related to municipal and state administration, including analysis and resolution of complex legal cases.
