Gabriela Marinova

Attorney Gabriela Marinova graduated from Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski” in 2015 with a Master’s degree in Law. In 2016, she obtained legal capacity from the Ministry of Justice. She has been a member of the Plovdiv Bar Association since 2023.

She also holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and Health Management from Plovdiv Medical University (2018) and a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski” (2021).

From 2018 to 2023, she worked as a legal counsel at Consult Legal Law Partnership, where she is currently practicing as an attorney.

Attorney Marinova’s expertise covers property, family, inheritance, commercial, labor, obligation, and medical law. She advises and assists clients in real estate transactions and lease agreements.

She provides legal support to Bulgarian and foreign individuals and companies on matters including initial registration and amendments of commercial companies, non-profit legal entities (associations and foundations), branches of Bulgarian and foreign companies in the Commercial Register and the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities, as well as commercial representations of foreign legal entities in Bulgaria before the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the BULSTAT Register.

Additionally, Attorney Marinova advises and assists Bulgarian and foreign citizens on immigration matters, including procedures for obtaining residence in Bulgaria and acquiring Bulgarian citizenship. In 2024, she was registered as a mediator in the Unified Register of Mediators at the Ministry of Justice.
